Clerk’s Accounting

The Clerk's Accounting division performs general accounting functions for the Clerk of the Circuit Court, including the preparation of the Clerk's financial statements and reports, serving as a central collection point for all funds received at the Courthouse by the Clerk's Office and remitting funds to appropriate government agencies, and pre-auditing the purchases of the Clerk's Office to ensure adherence to budgetary and policy guidelines.

F.S. 116.21 Unclaimed Moneys

This is a listing of all unclaimed moneys deposited or collected by the Clerk in his official capacity prior to January 1, 2015 and for which a claim has not been made. Claimants have until the first business day in September 2017 to file a written claim for these funds.
