1.     Payment for a Traffic Infraction citation is due within 30 calendar days of the citation issue date.  Mail payment to arrive in this office before the 30^th day. Weekends are counted in the 30 days.  Mail early to avoid late fees and possible suspension of your driver license.

2.   The OPTION FORM (click here for a printable Option Form) must accompany payment. Once your payment is received you MAY NOT change the option you elect. Payment received without an Option Form will be returned and may be subject to late fees and driver license suspension.    Make your election carefully and only after reading all instructions and understanding all consequences.

3.    Use the payment charts below to determine the amount due. Incorrect or incomplete payments will be returned and may be considered delinquent.  Election of traffic school requires payment of a fine.

Traffic Citations Payment Amounts

Using the charts below, locate the type of traffic offense for which you were cited.

Fine amounts are listed under Option 1. By choosing this option you will receive points on your driving record. Traffic school payment amounts are listed under Option 3.  By successfully completing all requirements of traffic school, points will not be assessed to your driving record. The requirements of traffic school are listed on the Option Form.
