1. Payment for a Traffic Infraction citation is due within 30 calendar days of the citation issue date. Mail payment to arrive in this office before the 30th day. Weekends are counted in the 30 days. Mail early to avoid late fees and possible suspension of your driver license. 2. The OPTION FORM (click here for a printable Option Form) must accompany payment. Once your payment is received you MAY NOT change the option you elect. Payment received without an Option Form will be returned and may be subject to late fees and driver license suspension. Make your election carefully and only after reading all instructions and understanding all consequences. 3. Use the payment charts below to determine the amount due. Incorrect or incomplete payments will be returned and may be considered delinquent. Election of traffic school requires payment of a fine. Mailing Address: R. B. Shore, Clerk of CourtP. O. driving record. Traffic school payment amounts are listed under Option 3. By successfully completing all requirements
of traffic school, points will not be assessed to your driving
