Applying for
Services
Back
to CSE
If you are not receiving any benefits
from the State, you may come into the Child Support
Office and sign a Non-Assistance Contract and Power
of Attorney. For persons wishing to sign up for this
service, we have allotted Mondays from 8:30 - 10:30
a.m. or 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. to conduct interviews. You
may "walk-in" and be seen on a "first
come, first served" basis. No appointment is necessary.
There are specific documents that you should bring with
you in order for us to work your case properly.
If you are receiving public assistance benefits, you may "walk-in" and be seen
on a "first come, first served basis" on Tuesday,
Wednesday or Thursday of each week from 8:30 -10:30
a.m. or 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. for an interview. Your public
assistance worker should provide you with information
about CSE services and advise you of the requirement
to cooperate with Child Support Enforcement in order
to receive benefits.
ON-LINE FORMS
There are many forms that will be completed
in this application process. If you have a printer,
you can print and fill out these two forms at home
and bring them with you to your initial interview.
This will save some time while you're at our office.
We have provided the forms in both Microsoft Word
format and Adobe Acrobat format.
