My driver's license
was suspended several years ago, due to a DUI. This is long overdue, but
I am ready to do what I have to do to get my license back. I have taken
care of everything except showing proof that I took the DUI class, which
I took back when I first lost my license. Would the Clerk's office have
a record of my taking the class? Answer: If the defendant filed
the certificate of completion with the Clerk and the disposition of the
case was within the past 5 years, a copy may be obtained from the Clerk.
