Question:
I got a ticket for
speeding. I want to attend the traffic school to have points removed from
my license. With the bustle of the holidays, I let the time slip away
and forgot to pay my ticket and to sign up for the class. Can I still
take the class if I am overdue paying my ticket?
Answer:
Yes, you can still
elect to attend traffic school. You would be required to pay an additional
$16.00 late fee along with your cost for electing the school option. The
costs are in lieu of the civil penalty.
